My name is Kasia

With over thirty years of experience as an international teacher, school leader, consultant, counselor, and family-child therapist, I have dedicated my career to a child-centered approach in both therapeutic and educational settings. My passion for working with babies and parents allows me to observe the beautiful development of a child through gentle touch and the transformative practice of baby yoga. These early experiences foster emotional growth and balance for both babies and their caregivers.

Having worked extensively with internationally relocated families, including babies, children, and new moms, I have seen firsthand the emotional barriers these families face. This inspired me to pursue a postgraduate degree and become an accredited Play & Creative Arts Therapist. As a global nomad and parent of three international citizens, I've lived and worked across the world, enriching my understanding of diverse cultures. 

Each phase of my journey has deepened my commitment to supporting children and families, empowering them through therapeutic support, education, and mindful practices like baby yoga.
